The new-four-story building is set back from Lyndale Avenue with landscaped green space along the avenue. The building itself features the highest quality construction and a modern design including a combination of masonry, brick and cement materials with masonry finishes. The development team – St. Croix Real Estate, Michael Development and Collage Architects – worked closely with the city and neighborhood representatives to design a project that would enhance the area, attract new residents and offer new housing options not presently available. Stonebridge Construction, a builder with a long track record of successful multi-family construction, is the general contractor for the project. Together, the Lyndale Plaza team brings decades of experience and expertise in multi-family construction, development, design and financing.
